I love it when a plan comes together…

Earlier this week I re-tweeted Eric Kimberling’s article on organizational change management and the need for ERP business blueprints. If you haven’t read it already, take a look here.

And, just like an ERP business blueprint, a successful user adoption initiative requires a plan. Better said, a successful user adoption strategy needs a robust user training needs analysis – and it’s better to perform this crucial task during the business blueprinting phase. So that I could flesh out this topic, I sat down with my colleagues in our services group and asked them what the key ingredients of an effective user training needs analysis are.
