A salesperson versus the CRM (and an IT guy)…

Enabling sales in the proficient and effective use of an SFA, CRM or other enterprise application (travel and expense management systems are a particular favorite of ours!) is a challenge. While the computer generated voices in the clip below are equally challenging, the salient points and humor make it worth watching to the end. After all, who hasn’t heard this feedback from sales people when an implementation misses the mark?
